I’m too much of a foodiefreak to decide on one, but since this is a potential opportunity to go to Phuket, Thailand – I shall mention about Phad Thai. What I love about it is most importantly it’s a staple food, it may taste sweet or sour depending on the sauce, but in addition, the peanut adds on to the crunchiness which gives a pretty fresh taste to the taste buds! Nothing beats eating the genuine cuisine in the country itself, I’m looking forward to Thai cuisine once again in Thailand should I have the chance to go there again!
and lucky me! Can’t wait to visit Phuket in June or December with a good friend! :B
